To be honest a TV in the room wouldn't have gone a miss also a small fridge in the top landing just for milk drinks etc

Poor…..

From the moment we arrived it was bad. Pouring with rain and No info how to get access.luckily his partner let us in . Then the owner is ringing me asking for me to send my email so he can send me instructions…why cant the owner just give details through booking.com like everyone else. I booked nearly a year in advance…not like he didnt know i was coming. Bathroom was dirty with mould all round bottom of shower and sink overflow. Water wouldn’t flow away from sink…..wife unscrewed plug and it was blocked with hair and gunge…not cleaned out since i dont know when, it was disgusting.bath need a good clean….as do skirtings in room and on stairs . Dirt and dust all around bath on floor. You are not allowed to use the dinning table in the kitchen despite there being a picture in the add. You can only use kitchen till 7.30 pm .this is because the owner lives on this floor and he doesn’t want any noise…if he doesn’t want noise…dont have guests . It says fridge in room…there isn’t . There is a tiny table at top of stairs…on the landing but you couldn’t eat off it as its a coffee table not a dinning table and its not big enough for 2 people to have a meal at. The room is quite small and you bang your head on the sloping ceiling . The furniture is cheap…beds chairs tables…and not even screwed together properly . This is a guest house done on the cheap with too many rules that makes it feel unwelcoming…..I couldn’t even walk into bedroom without having to squeeze past a wardrobe on the landing and a large suitcase on the half landing makes it difficult to take bags up and down to room.

Not mentioned that there were other people there. Couldn't stay here. Have not received any contact from owner, or refund. Had to find alternative accommodation day of arrival.

Easy, affordable and comfortable. Would stay again.

Room itself was quite spacious, lots of cupboard space, clean and smelled good. Had a nice ensuite, very modern. Found bed to be pretty comfortable.

Not the most soundproof but guests were pretty quiet at night so not that bothersome.

Un super endroit endroit pour finir notre voyage en Nouvelle Zélande !

La chambre était très confortable avec beaucoup de rangements, la salle de bain était très bien aussi. Le personnel était très agréable et très serviable. Aussi la maison est bien décorée donc l’ambiance est agréable et il y a un bon nombre d’équipement à disposition.

Du fait que certains locataires ne soient pas très impliqués dans la propreté, l’évier n’était pas toujours nettoyé, principalement.

Pěkné ubytování, ochotný majitel

Pokoj měl vlastní koupelnu, což bylo velkou výhodou. Také byla v pokoji klimatizace, která se hodila v horkých letních dnech. Majitel nám ochotně se vším pomohl a byl velmi milý a laskavý. Nákupní centrum se vším potřebným vzdálené cca 1 km, cesta autobusem do centra trvala asi 45 min.

Sdílená kuchyně byla často špinavá od spolubydlících, kteří ji po sobě nedokázali řádně uklidit (špatně umyté nádobí, kuchyňská linka apod.), což samozřejmě není chyba ubytování - předem bohužel nikdy nezjistíte, jak se lidé budou chovat.
