Check in was fast and easy, front desk staff were friendly. Bunks were comfortable and bathrooms were good.
Walls are paper thin, so you hear lots of noise from inside and from outside.

Very good staff and great price. Good accommodations throughout the building including kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The rooms were more spacious than my prior experiences living in a hostile hotel. The interior of the building was clean. Rooms were well maintained. The location is within walking distance to downtown Auckland. You may prefer to Uber, but I never needed an Uber. My legs got me everywhere. I would definitely return for another stay on my next trip to New Zealand.
