Lovely, spacious airy room, with a quaint style, a huge copper freestanding bath is in the room, room for two, such a delight! There is a rainfall separate shower in the bathroom too, handy for both of us getting ready at the same time. Large sea kelp toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash ,bubble bath etc. Generous selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate & complimentary watercomplimentary eco- friendly. Free car parking at the rear. Hairdryer & a magified mirror with light ring to do makeup in .Fan and radiator in all rooms. Staff friendly as always, so accommodating with late checkout, always appreciated! Our room (7) unfortunately wouldn't connect to Internet, i believe there was an issue with our TV as neighbouring rooms had WIFI, we were kindly offered free breakfast as a goodwill gesture due to this. Always a pleasure to stay at the Albion, i will always stay here when visiting the friendly town of wimborne. Great location in the square, walking distance to Wetherspoons pub, the tivoli theatre, supermarket, restaurants etc, bus route & taxi rank are literally 30 seconds walk. The beautiful church is opposite the albion, I've meant to visit it each time i stayed, maybe next time! Some folks complain of the bells, however if youre opposite a chirch, it should be expected! Some rooms it's noticeable, in our room it was not, though ear plugs are provided for those with sensitive hearing! 5* given, of course.

Accomodation was clean, welcoming, beautiful, bed was super comfortable, had everything you could possibly need. They really did anticipate your every wish. Historically very interesting. Full English breakfast was incredible. Parking was easy and much appreciated. Staff - Greg, Sarah and Sam were all amazingly helpful with customer service being top of their mind. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Yes great for accessibility if staying on ground floor and mobility issues. Very handy for local amenities

We know Wimborne quite well having family nearby and have often been intrigued by this interesting looking hotel in the town centre. The opportunity arose to spend a single night mid-week while attending a family event. We had a really comfortable stay, and left wishing we were staying longer. Others will moan about the Minster’s chiming bells through the night. I found it quite comforting and my wife used the complementary ear-plugs, and we both had an excellent night’s sleep in the gloriously comfortable bed.

This hotel was wonderful, I small issue was the shelf above the small sink it made it difficult to wash. Other than that 10 out of 10.

Exceptional hotel with great attention to detail and superb breakfast.

The room was lovely, really nice and very well presented. Bed was massive and really comfy. Staff were friendly and approachable. However, it was baking hot and with the building being old the windows weren’t massive so not much breeze. There was one small fan which didn’t really do much and neither of us slept well with being so hot the whole time, and being on the top floor our dog really struggled too. The tv wouldn’t work either, no internet connection so we couldn’t get any of the apps to work and no one could help us with it. We did enjoy our stay, its was just tainted by a few things.

Clean.Homely and very pleasant. Lovely staff. Comfy bed. spacious wet room with all essentials laid on. Very relaxing atmosphere and just off the square. A nice treat.

In the centre of Wimborne, really handy it has its own parking area (about 12 spaces but the pub around the corner owns the property and has plenty more if it is full). I had no problem finding a parking space. Quite a long garden behind the parking area with garden furniture. Rooms excellent, bed comfy and pillows better than five star hotels I have stayed at around the world. Huge shower room. Rainfall shower and a handheld shower. Massive selection of tea and coffee - really quite surprising. Nice glassware. Nice little touches like a Robert’s DAB radio with built in clock which was turned on at a low volume when you walk in the room. Very welcoming. USB sockets either side of the bed. Some rooms are on the car park level however the whole area is very upmarket and quiet and I didn’t feel security was an issue at all. There are rooms inside the building on a higher floor. Seamless checkin, you drop your key off in a box on the wall near the small reception the day of checkout. Breakfast if you want it is in the pub around the corner which you prepay for if not in the room rate when you check in. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely old builing opposite the Wimbourne church parade, great staff & dog-friendly. The related pub is 2 mins round the corner and very popular. Food is good.

Great location , superbly presented rooms and friendly staff . Wasn’t sure about “ breakfast at our sister hotel “ but it worked well - not sure about that in winter tho’!

Lovely comfortable room in the heart of Wimborne. I was right on the High Street but was not bothered by the noise. Bed was very comfortable and excellent shower.

I loved the copper bath, i had always wanted to stay in room 7 or 10, after visiting the first time. The sea kelp toiletries were good too. The room had a very comfy king size bed, with a decent firm mattress. Helpful staff, very accommodating regarding a late checkout, which was hugely appreciated! The Albion is in a great location, bang in the middle of the square, just a couple of minutes walk to the Tivoli. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be lovely to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & Indulgence plus rooms, be a nice little touch, especially in the summer months, keeping drinks cool etc. I'm very much looking forward to returning in October! What a find! A beautiful room (No.4) located in the car park area, very comfy and clean and a superb bathroom! Everything very easy, will definitely be back!

Well equipped, room with modern/ classic décor, comfy bed and pillows and a great hot and spacious shower…perfect for an over night stay or long weekend break in a lovely little town.
