Cozy Bass Cove Cabin
Make memories in the renovated cabin that our family has enjoyed for decades. Swim and fish just a few steps from the front door to dock. Enjoy shaded outdoor grilling and dining on the oversized deck overlooking Bass Cove. Located on the 8.5 mm of the Gravois arm in a quiet no wake cove.

Near many popular destinations and restaurants within short boating or driving distance. Recent renovations include new central heating and AC for your comfort, no matter what season you visit.
The last 1.5 miles of lake road are gravel with a dead-end. Boat trailers CANNOT turn around on the lake road. The Gravois Mills public access ramp is 2 miles by boat and car from the cabin.
The kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster and crock pot. Coffee and a few basic cooking supplies provided. Bathroom/ Laundry supplies include soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and laundry soap.
Entire living space is one level with sliding door to the upper deck facing the lake. The master bedroom overlooks the lake with a separate entrance from the deck. The living area has an open layout including kitchen, dining and living room. A great area to hang out together! Upper deck has outdoor grill and steps that take you to a large, oversized deck below just feet away from the lake. The oversized deck includes a large patio table with seating for 6. Both decks are shaded by mature trees for those hot summer days!
Includes covered private dock with a single well (10 x 24) slip so bring your boat to experience the calmer waters of the Gravois Arm. Great for skiing and tubing with the kids. The dock includes electricity, swim platform and ladder for easy access in and out of the water. Calm, no-wake cove makes swimming and relaxing in the water easy and enjoyable. For your safety and enjoyment, guests will need to provide their own life vests or flotation devices.
Our home is set up for families to enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. Due to this the minimum age to rent is 25 with no large parties allowed. We ask that you respect our neighbors with no loud outside activities after 10 pm. There are 2 outdoor cameras for safety. No cameras are inside the home. Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

We had a great time! Enjoyed swimming off the dock. Lots of fireworks over July 4 weekend, as expected. Close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Had some trouble with animals getting into the trash overnight.

It was a nice relaxing weekend for all of us. The house, the location, the neighbors, all very nice.

It was quiet and peaceful. The kids learned to swim without a lifejacket. The road was alittle tricky and not suitable for a boat and trailer. The neighbors were fantastic and very helpful. Everyone we talked to in the whole area were supper nice. Overall all it was a nice stay. Bill and Misty were quick to answer any question that arose. Thank you so much.
