Perfect property for us. House was clean, up to date and in a perfect spot on the lake. The private dock was key. Great spot to relax and play.

This was the perfect place for my family and extra friends! We all moved around comfortably as there is lots of space. The private dock was amazing and the drive into the Ozarks was only 20 minutes! It didn’t have any dressers or closet storage in the bedrooms which was a bit of a challenge with 7 people but we made it work! Kitchen had all the dishes, pans, utensils needed! We would definitely rent again!

The home was decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. It was lovely to eat outside on the deck and to sit on the private dock across the street.
Our main problem was that the house is filled with the bare minimum. This proved difficult since we flew from out of state and didn’t have many items that would be useful for a lake trip like towels or cooking essentials. There was only salt and pepper in the kitchen - no oil or any other spice. They only had steak knives so chopping vegetables was a bit dangerous. When I texted to ask about knives, the response “sorry but that address only has steak knives.” There’s only one side table in each bedroom and by the couch so you have to use the ground. And as another commenter shared, there was no where to put your clothes. The closet in one bedroom was empty without a rod.
It was a nice home that I’d recommend if you are local so are able to bring your own lake towels, cooking spices and kitchen items.
