Casablanca - 2 Story Family Home With Main Channel View of the Lake. 7MM Osage Arm - Main Channel.
Cozy Wood Tone Knotty Pine Home, Separate Lower Level for the Kids! Community Property and Ideal For Family Reunions!
This family oriented private home sits on a private point (7-mile marker) overlooking the main channel and Gravois Arm and is the guesthouse to the Crownview Villa. The home is two stories, with three bedrooms, and two baths.
The main floor consists of a living room with a flat screen TV and sofa sleeper (queen size), dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 full), full bath with shower, concrete front porch with a swing, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. The lower level (outside accessibility only - no internal stairs) contains two beds (queen and full), TV and game table, full bath with shower, and laundry room.
Guests enjoy a private deck that is directly off the Living Room, with its large patio furniture set and gas grill. An additional lakefront rock patio is shared by both the Casablanca and Crownview guests. This area is fantastic for watching the passing boat traffic and enjoying the afternoon shade. The property also has a private covered swim dock with ladder, sun deck and patio furniture. The water level is very deep off the dock and fishing is ideal anywhere along the shoreline.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The private home includes all bedding, bath towels, dish towels and iron. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and laundry room facilities.
This special property offers guest spectacular views of the lake, excellent fishing, and fantastic Ozark’s morning sunrises for early risers. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

Everything was amazing. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needee to make dinner, deck with an amazing view and personal dock to die for. Thank you !

We stayed for two months in the Casablanca house and can't say enough good things about the property. It is exactly as described on the site, actually better. It was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Another reviewer complained about the beds. We found them to be great. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, bakeware, utensils, and spices for us to prepare our own meals. The grill on the deck was awesome. There are two showers. The one on the main floor is a bit small, so my husband used the one downstairs and was just fine.
But it's the property that makes this a very, very special place. The views are AMAZING, especially sunrises! The lawn is immaculate and Sherry ensures it is maintained to the highest of standards. Our dogs loved racing around and sniffing everything. (Please pick up your dog poo to be good guests.) There are neighborhood dogs that come by to visit, Sage and Oliver. If you give Sage treats, she will come by everyday. :)
The town of Laurie is super cute with very nice people. The grocery store had everything we needed. We even joined a gym, Warrior Fitness, for the two months we were there. Great restaurants everywhere. And checkout the TNT bar/restaurant on the way to the property. The food is good, the people are fun, and there's darts, shuffleboard, billiards, music and sports to keep you entertained.
Do not trust your GPS to find the property. It sent us and our daughter the wrong way. Follow Sherry's instructions (turn on O road and go to the end.)
Sherry was wonderful in answering all of our questions and very quickly addressing two minor issues that came up. This was our first time in the Ozarks and we are looking forward to returning next fall!
