This charming Lakefront home with a private dock has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the Lake. Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 1 on the main floor and 3 upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. Open living, kitchen, and dining spaces offer the perfect space to spend time with the whole family. Continue the fun to the large lakefront deck with an easy walk on the flat lakefront lot to the private dock. Enjoy keeping your boat at the property in the boat slip or swim, fish, and kayak right off the dock. Located in one of the best coves at the lake, Lick Branch Cove, with a marina in the cove and is the perfect area for tubing. After a long day of fun and excitement, kick back and unwind in the newly installed hot tub.

Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV access to popular streaming apps. Ceiling fans, board games, comfortable seating.
Outdoor Living: Large lakefront deck with seating and grill and a newly installed Hot Tub.
Dock: Private Dock with 10x20 boat slip available for use.
Parking: Parking for 4 cars on site

This place is super nice as far as house goes. Super cute decor and very clean!!Only issue is the deck and the dock to the boat needs lots of repairs. Few spots are really bad. Hot tub was wonderful to use as well!! Would stay again if in area!

Enjoyed our family vacation. The house is close to the water. Large kitchen area for meals.

The house was clean and our stay was great. The dryer did not work but that was manageable. The only thing to maybe improve the property would be deck. It had a lot of loose boards but was completely useful. Thank you for letting us use it for the week.
