Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few issues that made us question the price point.There were some maintenance concerns, including holes in the walls, a broken and rotting stair post, and a roach issue that seemed to stem from a lack of porch cleaning after winter. At first, we considered leaving due to the roaches, but after I cleaned off the rotting foliage on the porch and around the property, the problem disappeared.The interior was mostly modern and fresh, and the upstairs rooms were especially impressive. The main living areas were comfortable, though the home did have a musty smell upon arrival—easily addressed with a few air fresheners.A few other notes: the gas grill was in poor condition but still usable, and we ran out of hot water quickly with our family of five. The blender was missing a rubber seal, which made margarita-making a bit messy, but we made it work.Despite the hiccups—some of which couldn’t be fixed during our stay—we adapted and made the most of our time.

A-FREAKING-MAZING experience at this home. It was sooooo close to the resort we could walk to and from. The resort has golf carts and you can call them and they will come get you at any time! The weather was horrible and the resort was dead, so we stayed in the house quite a bit and were not bothered at all. The house is big and we each had our own designated space. We were able to check out later due to a sick kiddo. They were soooo accommodating. The only thing wrong was we found a wrapper of gum under a bed. Literally nothing else at all to complain about and we will be back this summer!

Nice house good layout! Socks were black from the floors. Over all place could have been cleaner. ( the top of the fridge was very dirty) May need to spray for bugs lots of spiders. The ACs do not keep up. One of the beds upstairs is broken but we didn’t need that bed any way our group was smaller than expected! Also we were not able to get delivery to the house!

The details in the listing were spot on. Everything they said, they had. The bedrooms were perfect for all to have our own space. Our main complaint was "attention to details". Within the first 30 minutes, we noticed a few things. One of the toilet seats slid around, the remote to the main level tv was GONE (I texted the manager and I got a "waiting to hear back from cleaning crew" - but NEVER RESOLVED). The couch still had crumbs on it from last people, it was clear the last group had little kids with all of the ping pong balls stuck in little spaces, and the garbage can was gross (glad it had a foot opener). The kitchen air missed a knob to change. The place was great location, perfect space spread out for our family, just needed attention to details (like a deep clean). For the 5 days we were there, we were given 2 towels, so used the wash machine. We were concerned about the hot water from past reviews, but the showers got hot - no problem. The sink in the main level bathroom almost never got hot water (not sure how the thing is plumbed). I used the bath spout to get a washcloth of hot water. Perfect for 3 cars. LOVED the wildlife we could see from the deck (deer daily, birds, squirrels), but attention to the outside might be needed also (edging blocks out, weeds in rock beds, and we threw away a bag of wet charcoal left on the patio. Also, when we arrived, two of our outside doors were unlocked but the main door was locked and the code worked great all weekend.
