This property does come with an 11' x 28' boat slip/dock at no addition cost to you.

Parties | This property does NOT allow bachelor, bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have a zero tolerance for violations. This property is privately owned and has been entrusted to us for use by our guests. The property and area were perfect for a girls' weekend. The property does need some maintenance, one toilet didn't work and one shower was missing a knob to turn it on. Otherwise, we found it very comfortable and close to places we wanted to visit.

We really enjoyed this house and location. I am always honest with my reviews and I would stay here again. However, their decks needs some work and TLC, we didn’t even look at their barbecue grill because it didn’t look in the best shape and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Luckily, we had brought our own. The kitchen area is great and seems to be well stocked. But for 10 people, all adults, The table is big enough, but there were only four chairs and two barstools. We did make it work though. The host was very easy to talk to and usually quick to respond which is very much appreciated. I will say it’s very steep down to the dock, but again we had the best time ever and we would definitely rent this again

Great location in a cove with a nice dock and slip. Upper deck was very unsafe for small children as spindles and railing were loose and a fall would be roughly 25’. The bad spindles had garbage bags tied to them.
