The family had a great stay. House was located real close to Margaritaville and it was an easy drive to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. Loved the area this home was in and the management (Sharon & Rob with Estates Realty) could not have been better. They were very helpful with any questions we had, incredibly nice and checked in on us a few times. Highly recommend renting from them in the future.

House was fantastic for our group of nine. Quiet, dead end Street with tons of space and each bedroom having its own private bathroom. Walking distance to one of the community pools and only about 1 mile to Margaritaville.
House was clean and no issues. Great private deck with partial view of the lake.
Highly recommend this property.

The place was OK and definitely has seen some fun times! The photographs and description were technically accurate but a fire pit is not a heater in the corner with a cover over it. “Technically” everything was as described and if I was of a different age group it would be a wonderful place. (I am 40 for reverence) I think this is a great cabin for a large group of people not caring about aesthetics or lake views.
It was very clean and the host was very helpful and kind! The host answered when I messaged just twice the day we arrived. Very very nice party house but if you’re looking for something a little more upscale this might not be the location. I would 100% with this host/Evolve team again tho!

My family and I rented this home and the one next door to it. They were both very clean and plenty of room. The host even let us check in a few hours early! Can't wait to stay again
