The house was amazing, clean, incredibly stocked for daily relaxation, tons of fun activities provided for on the dock with water toys, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. to the property owners, I would unlist from evolve vacation.
My only complaint was going through Evolve. The company cancelled my trip a day before is leaving to head to Missouri, claiming there was a fraud alert for my payment, there was no such alert and the bank said my payment was waiting processing. No worries though because when we rebooked the same trip the price had jumped $200 - which the company rudely informed me on the phone was not their fault it's an automated system that raises prices based on demand... Nevermind the demand was from us rebooking.
Maybe the company was good, but as of now its call center is ran by overseas answering services and seems shady as hell

Only thing I disliked about this place was leaving it, house was great, neighbors were great, wish I could buy it. Thanks again for some great memories hope to be back next year

The house was well stocked, clean and nice. Nice quiet cove, lots of outdoor water equipment. The nieces and nephews loved the dock area and easy access to the water from the yard. Steps going right into the water was perfect for swimming and the dogs access in and out of the water. Was a nice layout for our 2 families to have adequate space. Kitchen was great for gatherings and playing games on a few rainy days and nights. Thomas checked in several times to assure we had everything we needed.
If you bring your dogs please make sure they are adequately treated for ticks. Our dogs came down with a very large infestation of deer ticks and a week later we are still dealing with the issue at home...... The yard was sprayed for something on Thursday but we do not know what for. We arrived the previous Sunday. We were not informed of the tick issue and live in an area where ticks are not a problem, however we did do preventative measures before coming to the area but it is evident it was not enough. We do not want anyone to go through what we will be going through for the next few months with our dogs so please make sure they are adequately treated by a veterinarian or leave them home.

This is such a terrific home, well appointed, quiet arm of the lake only gets busy on weekends, some lovely improvements from last year. Only one tiny request, which is a blackout. Untainted in the upstairs queen room, to block the street light. We lacked for nothing, inside or out. Hank you for yet another terrific week!
