Surrounded by trees and tucked away in a private cove, this is the ideal getaway for girls/guys trips and family-get-aways alike! This Beautiful Lakefront property is Unit A of a duplex with plenty of direct parking. Upstairs is an expansive Upper room with direct entrance door, 1Queen bed & twin bunks, bonus room, Full Bathroom and 3 closet spaces for storage. Downstairs is the main living space, 1BR/1BA, Queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, Pantry, Dining. There will be future capability to rent the entire home for multi-family stays, with secured upstairs pass through (think hotel conjoining room),

Upper and lower decks, direct private dock (shared between Unit A & B occupants only -- no public access), a private cove and direct main channel access. Local Boat ramp 2 min away at Coffman Beach, store your boat at the dock, kayak's, Lilly Pad, life jackets available!!

Nearby dining options include The Lake House Café, Big Ry’s Pizzeria, and Traffic Jam Pub & Grill. A local favorite—pizza from the North Shore Shopping center—is available for pickup only. By water, you’re close to Jolly Roger’s, H. Toad’s, Shady Gator’s, Docknockers Beach Bar & Grill, Franky & Louie’s, NEON TACO, and Coconuts.

Restrictions: We completely understand that everyone has different cooking preferences, but we ask that guests use the provided vent fans and keep windows open when preparing aromatic dishes so we can keep the space fresh for future visitors. An additional cleaning fee may be assessed if we cannot eradicate the odor within 24 hours.

Renter agrees to cover the cost of replacing any sheets/bedding that becomes stained and/or damaged during their stay, unless agreed upon by both parties.

Renter agrees to only have a guest party size of 8 individuals, as per policy. Owners may at their discretion, cancel the renters reservation if Additional overnight guests over 8 are present. No refund will be given.
