We 4 sisters stayed in Bakewell for 2 nights. This was a very convenient location for visiting Chatsworth House and Lyme Park. The house was comfy and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the private courtyard. The house is on a narrow lane so navigating in our large vehicle was a challenge (especially for Americans not used to driving on the left side). We loved the location of the house and it was great to walk around Bakewell. Highly recommend!

Great position - near the town. Plenty of parking. Lovely clean house with a great outside area. Bakewell is a really nice town with lots of shops, restaurants and great walks close by.
