Very nice clean and well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed. The apartment also had air conditioning and it was great since it was very hot in Nice in august. Good location and a friendly host

Location is great, 17 mins from Nice Ville train station, 35 mins to the beach by walk, 20 mins from the airport Clara was the sweetest person she helped me during the stay with any questions I’ve had. Washing machine and coffee machine. The shutters on the windows were great which made the room completely dark and good for the night.

When I arrived there were still some dirty patches left on the kitchen doors and mirrors. My view was covered by nets because of the scaffolding jobs( I was informed only couple of days before arrival) and from what I understood it wasn’t a fault from property side either , therefore I always had to get ready in the morning in the bathroom because of the workers looking inside unfortunately. The mattress wasn’t comfortable as it was super soft and pillows as well, but to each its own, maybe others would prefer soft ones.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Nizza. Quartiere tranquillo, ben servito dai mezzi e vicino al mercato di Libération. Appartamento funzionale, pulito e completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

L'unica cosa che manca all'appartamento è una luce comoda per leggere a letto. Per il resto niente da segnalare.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très fonctionnel, confortable et parfaitement propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux jolis balcons avec une belle vue sur les montagnes, ce qui est très agréable le matin comme le soir. Le quartier n’est pas touristique, ce qui permet de profiter de commerces de proximité et d’une vraie vie de quartier, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’appartement dispose également de nombreux rangements, ce qui est très pratique.

Concernant les points à améliorer, le lit de 140 cm peut être un peu juste pour deux personnes, surtout si elles sont de grande taille. Par ailleurs, les poignées des meubles de cuisine, notamment celles du lave-vaisselle et du réfrigérateur, sont assez dures à ouvrir (ça glisse), ce qui peut être un peu compliqué lorsque l’on a les mains mouillées pendant la préparation des repas.
