CENTRE VILLE - SUPERBE APPARTEMENT CLIMATISE - COSY-Wifi -

L'appartement est propre et super bien situé en plein centre ville , le tram est juste en bas pour se deplacer et il y a des petits commerces autour , nous avons passé un bon sejour a Nice. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli a ete super gentil et tres accueillant . Je recommande .

Les chaises du salon pas tres solides , la chaleur dans l'appartement mais il y avait la clim et le ventilateur .

Very loud due to trams and being in a busy neighbourhood (neighbours arguing loudly every night) Although it was advertised as having a bath, it’s unusable due to no plug and shower over bath has no where to hang it so need to sit in tub which was disappointing as we booked it due to having an actual bath rather than just a shower Hot water also runs out after 5 minutes so hard to have multiple showers Questionable cleaning as chairs had stains (1 broken) sofa bed had lots of stains Found dirty tissue and toenail in main bedroom which wasn’t nice

It is a budget-friendly option, and the location worked perfectly for us. There are supermarkets and a tram stop just a few seconds away, which made getting around super easy. If you're planning to explore not only the beach but also Nice's museums and nearby cities like Monaco, Antibes, or Eze, then being close to the beach isn't essential — and this place is a great base for that. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
