Franck jest bardzo uprzejmym i miłym właścicielem . Dzięki jego gościnności czuliśmy się jak w domu ! Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i wyposażone dosłownie we wszystko !!!!!! Lokalizacja znakomita - przy samym przystanku tramwajowym . Jeśli wrócimy jeszcze do Nicei to tylko do tego Apartamantu . Taras robi ogromną dobrą robotę - spędzaliśmy tam głównie czas jeśli byliśmy w mieszkaniu . Naprawdę bardzo bardzo bardzo polecamy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a perfect place to stay to catch a local vibe. Communication with Franck (the owner) was very smooth and he waited us on the arrival. The apartment was very well equipped. There was coffee and all everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and of course the highlight was the spacious and green terrace. We’ll be back 🙂 Merci

Bardzo ładny apartament, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne a nawet wiecej np przygotowane kostki lodu w zamrażarce. Kuchnia wyposażona tak, że można gotowac i serwować obiady w różnych konfiguracjach. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo czysto. Przemiły gospodarz. Świetna lokalizacja. Odleglosc do morza 2,5 km ale po prostej drodze i to prowadzacej przez ciekawe miejsca jak zabytkowa biblioteka, katedra, gl dworzec, plac miejski Bardzo polecam i chętnie bym wróciła.
Trudno znaleźć minusy pobytu. Może dla niektórych być uciazliwy hałas ulicy, w tym przejeżdżający obok tramwaj ale dla naszej czwórki kompletnie nie stanowiło to problemu.
