L’emplacement est parfait ! La maison était très propre . Juste faudra penser à mettre un rideau dans la chambre qui a la baignoire

La localisation répondait à notre besoin spécifique pour ce séjour. Proximité immédiate du tram. 2 chambres, petits extérieurs 2 balconnets.
Pas de parking et stationnement très difficile !! Chasse au trésor lointaine pour accéder à une boîte à clef. Laborieux déchargement de bagages (on ne peut s’arrêter à proximité de l’entrée, 2 portes a badger, un jardin intérieur à traverser, une autre porte avec autre badge, ascenseur minuscule pour 6 étages. Impossible de retirer les clefs et de juste fermer la porte (étrange serrure !!! Peu fonctionnelle et grippée…) 1 seul jeu de clefs Canapé défoncé et cassé, literie chambre principale à peine correcte, canapé lit chambre 2 à fuir. Ambiance lupanar avec lumière led multicolores aux plafond…. ;location à l’heure ????…) Cafetière cassée, cuvette toilette cassée, poêles tefal au delà de rayées !! Lave vaisselle fait un bruit réellement monstrueux et anormal (enregistré à 90 décibel !!!). Eau chaude pour 1 douche, tant pis pour les autres… Ménage sans doute très rapide !!! Odeur forte et permanente d’égouts … jusqu’à en trouver l’origine : la vmc ! Coupée au tableau, l’odeur à disparue !! Mais une vmc n’est pas censée « souffler », et encore moins un air nauséabond ! Entretien urgent !!!! Et enfin, odeur de tabac froid, persistante !!
