Excellent location, clean, nice design, good wify, nice balcony, nice neighbourhod, very good access to the center of the city with tram. The aircondition worked greatly and kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything needed. The location was perfect, we never needed to use UBER, tram was there on time day and night.
It is not easy to park the car in the neighbourhood; also, the door of the bathroom can be a problem for some people because it doesn't close completely ( there is a gap from the side). Finally, the room is comfortable for a couple or a family with a teenager or an older child because the attic bed can be dangerous to be used by smaller kids and also can be difficult to be used from tall adults.

It was nice sleeping in the attic gazing at the stars and the location was also nice
The attic height is very low, so the head bangs against the ceiling of the attic. It would be nice if a sign is put there saying “mind your head”. There was no house slippers, it would be nice to have them.
