About this apartment rental
This pretty apartment is situated on the hills of Nice. It is approximately 58m2 and is located at the top of the building so you don't feel overlooked. On the large and beautiful 40 m2 terrace, it is wonderful to sit and dine on warm summer evenings. It has a large dining table that seats 6 people, there is also a small electric barbecue, a sofa, and deck chairs. There is a large awning which provides good protection when it is very sunny outside during the day. A small swimming pool is located to the side of the house and is shared by the residents of the building.
The bedroom has a good-quality 180x200 cm bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. From the bedroom, there is direct access to the terrace. In the office, you will find the second bed with a 140x200 cm sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. There is also a desk, chair, and wardrobe.
The pretty living room has a sofa group, a TV, and a dining area for 4 people.
There is AC in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen. In the office, there is a ventilator.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, wine fridge, and a
3-plate induction hob. There is a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker.
From the living room and the kitchen, there is direct access to the terrace.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
A private garage space for a small car is available
Wi-Fi is available.

An elevator exists
The apartment is located in the Pessicart district, a little higher up on the hills of Nice. In the neighborhood, there are other residential buildings and an auto body shop across the street. It is very close to a large, well-stocked grocery store (Carrefour). The bakery and some pizzerias are not far either by walking.
It takes about 20 to 30 minutes by bus to reach the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, and about 10 minutes by car. There are buses near the house to go to Gambetta and then continue into town with another bus. It is a 10-minute walk from Boulevard Gambetta.
It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the charming Libération district with its lively market square and many good restaurants and cafes.
It's an advantage to have a car when you live in the apartment, but it's not necessary when there are buses. However not later then 9 p.m.

With 2 adults and 1 baby <1, we hadded towards Nice for 11 nights. For the Shuttle it took about 20 minutes from the airport and we could even check-in a bit earlier, thanks to flexibility of the hosts:-)
The apartment especially the kitchen is pretty convenient and has pretty much everything for daily life, even a wine-fridge and all kind of tools you need to poärepare a proper meal.5th floor is great in general, warching stars and blood-moon but with temperature around 26 degrees C it was a bit challenging with just the fan. Nevertheless we figured out pulling through the wind.
The pool was clean and large enough for the 3 of us and other guest. The desk-chairs were a bit odd apart from 2 new ones. Taking the bus nearby to the city centre only took us 15 min and again 15 mins walk to the beach, fair enough. If you do like jazz, plan your trip around the annual Jazz festival which lasts pretty much a whole week end of August.
We where realy happy all in all, highly recommend the lokation and in summer time take repellend with you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment just outside the city center of Nice, France. The apartment had a charming Nordic, Swedish vibe, beautifully styled, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the large terrace, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nice!
