The location was ideal, really close to the tram station Valrose Université. There are bakeries and grocery stores nearby, very convenient. It’s quiet as well.
The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the bed. It was a convertible couch-bed so it wasn’t very comfortable but at the same time we understand that it was a better option to save space and at the end of the day it didn’t bother us much. The pillows were also a bit uncomfortable but that’s personal preference.

Location was great, very close to tram. The owner was very helpful and very easy to get in touch with any queries and gave lots of advice on restaurants etc in the local area. The area was very quiet, absolutely no noise which was great. The smart TV was a nice addition also.
I didnt like the fact is was in the basement of a building and very little daylight. But that may not bother other people . It probably states this in the description which will teach me to read the descriptions better in future!

Lo mejor es la ubicación. El apartamento está bien equipado. Los muebles de la cocina son de buena calidad. Está bien insonorizado y aislado acústicamente. Está bien climatizado.
Lo peor la falta de limpieza. Había mucho polvo y ácaros. La ropa de cama y las toallas olían muy mal. La conservación del mobiliario necesita renovación, varias piezas deben ser sustituidas por otras nuevas por estar muy deterioradas.El sofá cama es muy incomodo para dormir y suena mucho. El apartamento es difícil de ventilar. La escalera de acceso no es apta para personas con movilidad reducida.
