The apartment is very nice and cozy, very clean. Location is superb, 2 min away from the tram line 1 and from the supermarket, restaurant, bakery, Pizza place.
Main bed is quite comfortable, furniture is new and quite comfortable.
Wi Fi very good.
Host enabled us extended check out.
There were no mosquito/bugs nets on the windows.
The sofa in the living room was not the same as in the pictures (compare the pictures) and it was quite less comfortable.
Communication with the host is ok, but a bit delayed and in a template automated form.
The 500euro deposit is a bit scary although it is secured via Swinkle so it does not burden your credit card in advance.
Reference regarding accessibility: If you can stand up from your wheelchair you are fine, If you are para/quadriplegic the lift and the exit from the lift are too narrow, your wheelchair wont fit.

Appartement très bien situé près du tram. Très confortable : débarras pour laisser ses valises, petite terrasse, cuisine très bien équipée (LV et LL) , literie neuve et confortable. Tout était parfait.

everything was great! You can tell the host provides everything in order for you to have a convenient and comfortable stay. From all the appliances, the AC, the location, seasoning, containers, etc...
