Appartement op een zeer goede locatie, op niet al te verre wandelafstand van de bezienswaardigheden, Alle nodige voorzieningen aanwezig. Communicatie met het aanspreekpunt verliep zeer vlot, zeer snel en duidelijk.
Eigenaar spreekt enkel Spaans/Portugees. Een kleine notie van Engels had het incheckproces nog wat vergemakkelijkt. Dit werd weliswaar gecompenseerd met contact met aanspreekpunt

casa perfetta! spazi ben divisi con tutto il necessario ed oltre; piscina con sdraio personali, palestra, metropolitana e supermercati vicinissimi!

Er wordt nog gewerkt aan het complex en dat was hoorbaar. Maar dat is vast snel voorbij.
