Molt espaiós, acollidor i net. Ben localitzat, relativament fàcil trobar aparcament per la zona. Molt ben equipat. L’amfitrió resol qualsevol dubte ràpidament.

El alojamiento es bastante amplio. No está ubicado en el centro pero tienes un supermercado Dia justo al lado y estaciones de transporte cerca. Tuvimos mucha suerte a la hora de aparcar en la calle. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, solo con signos de desgaste, como marcas en paredes de la casa, como roces, puertas de la cocina desgastadas o incluso difícil de abrir porque se ha estropeado el push de apretar, o que faltan porque se habrá estropeado, y cortinas descolgadas, que no impide la estancia. Pedí una cuna y me la concedieron y un juego de toallas para el bebé e igual. Muy fácil el acceso a la vivienda.

Lleva desde 2020 y hay zonas como la parte inferior de la mesa, o de la trona infantil que no se han limpiado. Las alfombras de los dormitorios están sucias. La campana extractora. Y luego al poner madera en la encimera del baño están sucias con moho y la ducha el borde igual. Las camas son blandas. Y hay una luz en la cocina que no se enciende porque parpadea. Menaje de cocina escaso (cucharillas y cuchillos)

The location was excellent. It’s in a quiet, safe, and very convenient neighborhood with supermarkets, cafés, and pleasant streets for walking nearby. The city center and the main attractions are about a 15-minute walk through a beautiful park, which was a real advantage. The apartment itself has a practical layout and is well equipped with kitchenware and furniture, making it comfortable for a short stay.

The photos in the listing do not accurately represent the actual apartment. They appear to be reference or staged images rather than real photos. In reality, the apartment is very damp, with visible mold on the walls and kitchen countertop, and there is a persistent musty smell. Some of the furniture shown in the photos (such as the living room armchairs) was also missing. On the day of check-in, there was a neighborhood festival, and people were urinating outside the windows, making it impossible to keep them open because of the smell. In addition, the apartment is on a semi-basement level (not the first floor), with the windows at pedestrian level, which may feel uncomfortable for some guests in terms of privacy.
