Bilbao Park by Aston Rentals

The location was excellent. It’s in a quiet, safe, and very convenient neighborhood with supermarkets, cafés, and pleasant streets for walking nearby. The city center and the main attractions are about a 15-minute walk through a beautiful park, which was a real advantage. The apartment itself has a practical layout and is well equipped with kitchenware and furniture, making it comfortable for a short stay.

The photos in the listing do not accurately represent the actual apartment. They appear to be reference or staged images rather than real photos. In reality, the apartment is very damp, with visible mold on the walls and kitchen countertop, and there is a persistent musty smell. Some of the furniture shown in the photos (such as the living room armchairs) was also missing. On the day of check-in, there was a neighborhood festival, and people were urinating outside the windows, making it impossible to keep them open because of the smell. In addition, the apartment is on a semi-basement level (not the first floor), with the windows at pedestrian level, which may feel uncomfortable for some guests in terms of privacy.

Apartament preciós. Molt ampli i amb totes les comoditats. 3 habitacions i 2 banys amb dutxa! Cuina molt ben equipada i amb tots els estris inclús cafetera, torradora i bullidor d'aigua. Barri molt tranquil, metro molt proper.

El pis està en una pujada important. Si tornes caminant es fa una mica pesada.
