地下鉄駅から至近で、中心地まで数駅というアクセスの良さが魅力です。物理鍵が不要なデジタルロック式で、入館から入室までスムーズに行えます。室内は広々としたワンルームで、調理器具が揃ったキッチンがあり、近隣の大型スーパーで食材を買って自炊も可能です。付近には大型遊具のある公園があり、治安の良い住宅街といった雰囲気で、特に家族連れには安心感があります。スタイリッシュな内装で居心地も良好です。
掛け布団が湿り気を帯びていたことや、ソファベッドが埃っぽかった点が気になりました。また、完全セルフチェックイン形式のため、解錠が可能になる16時より前には一切入館できず、荷物を預けることはできません。

The flat was nice, clean and neat. All instructions clear and easy to follow.
This is a big minus: NOISY AND NO SOUND ISOLATIONS! The flat is one of three other flats on the same ground floor with the same main entrence with mosquito thick walls. You can constanty hear when people enters the building of the ground floor and exits, when people talks or moves the chair/table or when the phone alarms goes off. I want to have a nice peacefull sleep, whereever I book accomodations, that is not the case here.
