A delightful apartment in suburban Udine.

A very comfortable apartment with very good facilities. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a bright and airy feel with a well appointed kitchen. It was clean and cosy. There is secure parking for 1 car. Being around 3.5k out of the centre a car is necessary, but parking is easy and cheap in the city parking stations. Several supermarkets are close by. The host was very responsive and helpful

No negatives except the connection on the kettle is loose. It should be replaced by a new and bigger kettle. (I have alerted the host and I’m sure it will be fixed.)

Practical

The apartment is located on the second floor. The living room is small and is an extension of the stairs. Next to it is the kitchenette, which is small but well equipped. There are 3 bedrooms. One has a large bed, which is wide and has a good mattress for two. The others have single beds. There are 2 bathrooms - with shower cabins. Both are comfortable to use. It is located on the edge of the city, which was very convenient for us to explore the surrounding area. The center can be reached by bus or car. The keys are collected from the owner. Parking is reliable and free, in the courtyard of the building.

It is not a good idea to offer bathrobes instead of towels because you have no way of knowing what size your future guests need.

Like a local Italian

The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was specious and well equipped. We have private parking with a remote gate. I can feel like a real Italian not only a tourist.

Family stay in Udine.

The pictures were accurate, and everything looked as I expected. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. The parking was good and everything felt secure. It was very quiet and the beds were nice. There was ample storage. The hosts greeted us and answered all of our questions. We would definitely pick this place again.

There was nothing to dislike. All was good.

Beautifully renovated spacious apartmet

Che bella sorpresa questo B&B!

Tre camere super pulite con detersivi green, biancheria morbidissima e tutto l’occorrente: asciugamani soffici, accappatoi e kit bio per il bagno. Due bagni funzionali di cui uno in una camera. Cucina super attrezzata con pentole, stoviglie carine, caffè, tè, biscotti… e un soggiorno vivibile con televisione e Wi-Fi ottimo. Ci si sente proprio a casa, ma meglio!

Tolle Wohnung etwas abseits

Großzügiges, sauberes, toll ausgestattetes Appartement in ruhiger Lage zu einem sensationellen Preis. Für Familien oder größere Gruppen allein schon wegen der 3 Schlafzimmer empfehlenswert.

Trotz der geringen Distanz war das Zentrum aufgrund der unzuverlässigen Taxifahrer und der mangelhaften Busverbundung nur mühsam zu erreichen. Zu Fuß gehen war an der stark befahrenen Ausfallssstraße keine Option.

Super groot, heel erg netjes en met liefde ingericht. Zelfs koffie cups, water in de koelkast en wat snacks als ontbijt! Hele aardige host die he graag te woord staat met allerlei tips over wat te doen in de buurt

La Piccola corte è favolosa

La piccola corte; Un luogo davvero fantastico! Ci siamo trovati benissimo fin dal primo momento. La casa è molto pulita, ben organizzata e curata in ogni dettaglio, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale a Rossella, gentile e ospitale, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Ci è sinceramente dispiaciuto andar via, proprio perché ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati. La posizione è strategica, ideale per visitare la zona e godersi pienamente il soggiorno. Un’esperienza da rifare assolutamente e che consigliamo a tutti. Torneremo sicuramente! ❤️

Fantastyczny

Jesteśmy wdzięczni, że mogliśmy spędzić noc w tym apartamencie - jest on fantastyczny! Bardzo przestronny, świetnie, nowocześnie i bardzo komfortowo urządzony, a przy tym przytulny. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, począwszy od sprzętu kuchennego, wyposażenia łazienek, były nawet moskitiery we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Czekał na nas poczęstunek - ciastka, kawa, mleko i woda. Bardzo miła gospodyni. Chcielibyśmy tu jeszcze przyjechać - czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu.

Wszystko było super.

Schönes, sauberes Apartment in ruhiger Umgebung

An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, bis auf einem. Das war wahrscheinlich defekt, bitte reparieren. An allen Fenstern sind Fensterläden zur Verdunkelung. Ein ruhiges, sauberes Apartment in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit 2 Toiletten, sehr praktisch ;-). Parken vor der Tür. Top! Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Leider gab es kein 2 Paar Schlüssel. Aber das war für uns kein Problem. Gutes Brotmesser, Toaster und noch ein grösseres Schneidebrett wäre super.

Alloggio praticamente nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort e in posizione tranquilla, ideale come base per visitare i dintorni di Udine. Proprietari gentilissimi

Non è una critica negativa ma solo un consiglio : spurgare l'aria dai termosifoni per migliorare la resa termica ed evitare il gorgoglio prodotto dalla circolazione dell'acqua.

Nos encantó la comodidad, distribución y ambientación del departamento. Rosella fue muy atenta en todo momento. El departamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, se puede descansar bien y a la vez está muy cerca de supermercados. Las fotos publicadas, reflejan la realidad de lo que es el departamento.

SOGGIORNO AD UDINE

La casa era grande, spaziosa con i tutti i confort necessari per le esigenze di una famiglia, come ad esempio la lavatrice e tutti i detersivi e detergenti indispensabili per ogni necessità. Inoltre la pulizia era ineccepibile. La presenza dei condizionatori in diversi punti della casa ha reso ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Presenti anche le zanzariere in ogni stanza.

Nulla, la casa era perfetta già così.
