Perfect stay close to the city center

Very good base for visiting Friuli

This charming house is located in a quiet courtyard of old buildings and hence very quiet. It is comfortable with a living room and a kitchen area on the ground floor and a bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen is well-equipped, the furniture simple, but clean and elegant. The house is based some 15 min walk from the Piazza della Libertá in the center. It is also near to the ring road, which makes it a good starting point for excursion both in Udine and outside. The host is helpful, check-in and check-out is smooth. Definitely a place worth visiting and returning to.

We prefer cooling the house by opening the windows, which may lead to quite a few mosquitoes coming in, so be prepared. We did not mind. Plus, if you travel by car, there is no direct parking space. We still found free (also in terms of money) parking spots maximum 2-3min walk away every day.

Very cozy place near Udine.

Very beautiful and decored tastefully. It was close enough to city but not right in the middle of it. Nice 10 minute walk to city. Very quiet neighborhood and nice people around. I appreciated the quiet of inner garden entrance so the streets noise wouldn't reach us. Got to wash my clothes aswell and place was warm enough, supplied with all the necessities.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito ed organizzato. A neanche 15 minuti dal centro e 10 minuti dalla stazione.

Solo per trovare una piccola pecca, avremmo gradito avere una bottiglia d'acqua in casa.

Super Häuschen

Das Häuschen ist an einer guten Lage ! An in einem Hof! Es ist sehr ruhig und dennoch ist sie nicht weit weg von der Altstadt (10 Minuten zu Fuss) Die Eigentümer der Unterkunft hat sich bei mir erkundigt ob alles gut ist! Und alles war perfekt für uns als Familie. Wir kommen gerne wider

Ein schöner und außergewöhnlicher Urlaub. Udine und Umgebung sind empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist zentral und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in cirka 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Eingang des Appartements ist im Erdgeschoss (Küche/Wohnzimmer/Abstellraum mit Toilette) und per Treppe kommt man zum Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), Zusatzzimmer (Ausziehcouch) und ins Badezimmer mit Toilette. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich ebenso im 1. Stock, was für eine angenehm kühle Luft auch im Erdgeschoss sorgt. Weiters: Nette Nachbaren und eine Opernsängerin, welche für eine schöne und angenehme Stimmung sorgte.

So schön die zentrale Lage ist, aber das Viertel ist "sehr international". Italienisch Sprechende sind in der näheren Umgebung selten, was wir eigentlich erwartet hätten. Parkplatz wird keiner zur Verfügung gestellt. Hier ist nur - mit viel Glück - ein kostenfreier Parkplatz zu finden (wir hatten Glück ;-)) Die Duschkabine hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten. Leichter Schimmelansatz. Der Zugang zum Balkon geht nur über das Badezimmer. Die Hausordnung ist auf italienisch und englisch, allerdings fehlt hier der Hinweis für die Müllabfuhr. Hier wird der Müll (Restmüll, Kunststoff, Bio, Papier) an bestimmten Tagen abgeholt.

Ein empfehlenswertes Quartier, denn die Kritikpunkte können sicher leicht beoben werden

Nur 15 Minuten bis in das Zentrum. Mit ausreichender Anzahl an Bars auf dem Weg dahin, um eine Frühstück einnehmen zu können

Die Ausziehbank im EG könnte etwas weicher sein. Wenn man schon eine Endreinigung bezahlt, dann sollten auch die Spinnweben in den Ecken zwischen Wand und Decke entfernt sein
