Appartement très sympa, mignon et bien équipé. Très bien situé, sécurisé par badge. Tout ce qu'il faut à proximité et vue magnifique !
Temps pluvieux et humide, il manquait juste une couverture supplémentaire pour la saison. Tout le reste était très bien !

L'emplacement près de l'université, et le tram juste en bas , l'appartement est conforme à la description

Appartement cosy et fonctionnel, très très bien situé aux bords du canal le Lez. Les transports en commun à proximité et le centre ville vraiment proche. Le calme du lieu et la vue sur le canal, avec en prime les envolées des perruches et autres oiseaux ont fait de notre séjour un moment fort agréable.
