Bright apartment with a loggia and parking space, offering breathtaking views of the Lez River; a very pleasant place to live. Two quiet rooms totaling 45 m², on the 3rd floor, renovated, with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, ceramic stovetop, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Suitable for up to 4 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedding and towels included. Private parking space in the building’s basement.

Located in a modern neighborhood of the city, next to the new city hall, a 10-minute walk from the historic center, with a tram stop right in front, allowing you to explore every corner of the city and even reach the beaches. Restaurants, outdoor cafes, and all shops (Carrefour Marquette 100 m away) are nearby. By car, you have quick and direct access to the A9 highway. Long-term rentals are available.

Great location in a wonderful city. So much to do and see in Montpellier and in Port Marianne with it’s varied, modern buildings to the quirky Marche du Lez.
