Beautiful apartment in the tourist district of Saint-Roch with beautiful volumes located in the heart of the lively district of Saint Roch in the hypercenter of Montpellier (Écusson). 5 min walk from the Place de la Comédie, Jardin du Peyrou, Saint Anne, Laissac Market. 10 minutes walk from the Saint Roch train station. Close to all shops (bar downstairs from the apartment) and the tramway. One of the most charming areas of the city.

The accommodations are a spacious apartment of almost 60 m2 with 3 meters of high ceilings and two large windows. It is completely open, although the bedroom is set back, and has been renovated.
