The 50 m² cottage features a living room with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking a private courtyard, two connecting bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom:

– The master bedroom is furnished with a 160×200 cm bed, a desk, a bookshelf, a built-in cabinet, a wardrobe, and a 70 cm LED TV:
– The living area features a corner sofa:
– The kitchen is fully equipped: Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and all necessary kitchen utensils,
– The dining area has a table that seats 4 people,
