The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a building without a lift. You therefore have to climb several floors by the stairs to access it.

The air conditioning provided is a mobile air conditioning system and not a fixed installation. In periods of high heat or heat wave, it mainly cools the room in which it is installed.
