Great location, cosy apartment

Didn’t like the shower head in the bathroom, also couldn’t find a kettle to boil water.

Много ни хареса апартамента-много удобен,почувствахме се като у дома си, а местоположението е най-доброто,което сме очаквали.Много ни хареса всичко в него.Намерихме много лесно ключа.Прекарахме перфектно няколко дни в Монпелие. Благодаря .Ще препоръчам на приятелите си. Горещо препоръчвам!

The apartment was in a good location, calm, with good access to transport and to the town centre. It was very clean, well furnished, and the space was accurately described. Customer service responded well to help with access. The laundry facilities were good. The wifi worked well and there is a basic local TV service. Overall it was satisfactory.

Very poor customer service. 1 The instructions to access and request for a deposit arrived just hours before we were due at the apartment with a blunt threat to cancel the booking within 45 mins. This was very poor behavior as there had been no communication prior to that. 2 The kitchen was clean and spacious. However, the non-stick pans were so damaged they were unusable and a health risk and the propane cooking gas was empty. When we informed customer service - with photos of the badly damaged pans - the reply was "thank you for informing us". but no attempt to remedy the situation. We like to cook for ourselves so this was a bad surprise. There was a usable induction facility and one usable induction pan so we were not completely stuck, but we felt this was minimal effort at best. Overall a more considerate customer service effort would have made this a so much better experience.
