Decent value for money. Would really benefit from a quick refresh however. Key pick up instructions are clear but complicated (two different places, 5 min from apartment). Quiet area outside property. Good tram connections to town
Just a little dated - would be very improved without much effort to fix a few things up

La localisation au centre ville.
les fenêtres sont à refaire, le balcon aussi.
L'aspirateur non fonctionnel.
La difficulté à trouver l'accès au garage: un plan aurait été le bienvenu, même les résidents ne connaissent pas l'accès!
L’étroitesse du garage.
Signaler l'emplacement du local à poubelle.
Le lien vers GROOMI non fonctionnel surtout avec certains VPN.

La casa no tiene mucha luz en el interior.

The location was perfect as well as the flat layout. Local amenities tram and food were just within a 5 minutes walk. Perfect central location with everything closeby
There was a mail saying ask anything but no one ever replied and this would have made my stay perfect
$$$$
