L'emplacement est idéal à 5 min de la gare et 2 min de la place de la comédie. L'appartement est spatieux pour 2 personnes. Il est tout équipé. Le sèche serviette dans la salle de bain est très appréciable quand le temps est frais.
En petit bémol, il y a un bar au rez de chaussée avec de la musique qu'on entend encore un peu dans l'appartement en soirée.

Die Unterkunft befand sich mitten in der Stadt, dies war für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen echt gut. In der Wohnung waren alle notwendigen Geräte für Selbstversorger vorhanden. Das Kästchen mit dem Schlüssel war gut zugänglich an der Haustür.
Die Beschreibungen für Privatunterkünfte müßten mehr kontrolliert werden, ob die Angaben auch alle stimmen. Die Wohnung lag in der zweiten Etage ohne Lift und die Treppe in den zweiten Stock war sehr eng und extrem dunkel. Wir benötigten einen Parkplatz, welcher uns zu gewiesen war, allerdings funktionierte die Zugangskarte nicht. Mit Hilfe eines anderen Mieters sind wir hinter die Böller gekommen. Das Parkhaus war für unseren VAN viel zu schmal und wir hätten uns unser Auto fast beschädigt, was mit viel rangieren verhindert wurde.
