Farges - Gare Saint Roch avec terrasse et garage privatif

Rustige ligging, we sliepen achteraan weg van de (stille) straat. Dicht bij tram haltes, we kwamen met de TGV en namen tramlijn1 en stopten rechtstreeks zonder overstap bij halte Du Guesclin. Goede gastheer. Vlotte communicatie. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Mooie supermarkt intermarché expres, dichtbij gewoon trein station, te voet bereikbaar. Appartement is op 1ste verdiep maar er is een lift. Er is een afgesloten privé parking voor de auto (maar die hebben we niet gebruikt)

Sleutelkastje met toegangssleutels hangt vrij laag tegen de grond en er parkeert soms een step (die gesloten is met een hangslot) ervoor.

Nice apartment with airconditioning. Comfortable bed. Easily walkable to to city centre. Lift. Garage parking a bit tight, but we managed.

Key pickup - very hard to do on a one way street when there is nowhere to pull over and park while you try to access 2 sets of keys at different points - One on a drainpipe and another in the building. We had to holdup traffic with people getting very irate to get these keys. Very tense and stressful time! Suggestion to maybe only have one key to get into the apartment and not 2 keys - especially when you have to get the first key from a drainpipe further down the street and then run up the street to access the second which is in the foyer of the apartment building which then gives you a fob to open the garage gate. You can then finally get off the street! No parking available on street and bollards everywhere. A 300 Euro security deposit is required before access codes are given. We did know this. But we then had to take pictures of every item in the apartment and then upload them to a security company to make sure we didnt take anything- very annoying. In our 6 weeks in France this was the only accommodation that required this. We stayed 2-4 June and deposit not released until 25th June!! 21 days later. This is far too long that we are unable to access those funds on our card.

Il faudrait indiquer que la place de garage est faite pour de petites voitures. Nous avons du aller nous garer au parking de la gare … La wifi ne fonctionnait pas
