Location was good. Communal area was lovely with large French window opening onto a quiet residential street. Area pedestrianized so little noise. Very easy to walk into Montpellier lovely bars and restaurants.

The description for the bedroom , bathrooms was a bit mis leading. It stated 2 bathrooms and shower. 1st Bathrooms had shower 2nd which was located in loft space had no bath or shower, and could only be accessed by climbing over a large beam. The beds were listed as 2 queen beds. 1st queen was a daybed conversion located in a room used as office. 2nd was in a recessed in loft directly adjoining the toilet and hand basin. There was parking away from property but it was tricky in underground car park as spaces not designed for larger car.

L emplacement, la décoration, l accueil du gérant, l équipement.

Seul le salon est climatisé. Les chambres sont chaudes, surtout celle à l étage. L appartement est situé au 3 ème étage. Il n'est pas adapté à une personne à mobilité réduite ou une famille avec jeunes enfants. La literie est spartiate et les lits superposés d une des chambres rajoute à la problématique de la température.
