The host must be called a super host. From the first moment even before arrival, he explained how to find the apartment ,how to travel from the airport. And followed us till settling in the place. Every day he was in touch with all kind of necessary advices about interesting places to visit and not touristic also . Even after leaving from his place to another destination in France we were free to ask for support if necessary . The beds are very comfortable, the bed linen is good quality,the equipment is full,everything is thought about in detail: dishwasher tablets, washing machine laundry soap, ironing equipment,towels etc. It was very nice to have two separate showers as well. There are nice albums about the surroundings of Montpellier and some books to read. The teenagers were excited about play station. Apartment is big, very stylish and cozy. Arranged with good taste . Recommendations for staying 100 percent !

Just to know, that there is no lift if anybody has moving disorders.

Loved the style and space and appreciated the great Air Con all around the apartment during the heatwave! Bruno was very friendly and helpful, communication always quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves.

We liked it all. Bruno had been very clear about the 4 flights of stairs which we were prepared for and gave us a good work out!

Location in the city isn’t bad but you got to climb 80 steps to get to the apartment. Angeline, the caretaker of the apartment was very nice and helpful.

Bruno, the owner, was rude and arrogant. No sense of customer service. He completely ruined my first day. The appartement has 2 rooms: the one I rented had the benefit of having a private bathroom. The toilet blocked the first time I used it and the owner immediately told me “I broke it” (in a very arrogant way) and wanted me to pay for the plumber if needed. So instead of getting what I had paid for (took 24hrs to fix), I felt totally aggressed by this guy (extract from our conversation attached in pictures). Fortunately, Angeline just unplugged it with proper tools she has to go and buy (no basic materials available on site). By the way, the second room is advertised has having a private balcony with an amazing view… not really! (See picture of the view).
