La localisation de l appartement est très bien. Proche de la gare, mega centre ville, proche des tramways, tour est accessible à pieds.

L appartement est très grand et a un potentiel énorme, mais certaines pièces et équipements ne sont pas au même niveau que les autres. Une très grande chambre et une 2eme très petite. Une salle de bain grande et refaite (avec bouton de douche qui tombe), et une 2eme très petite, avec aussi une robinetterie qui mériterait d être changée. La chasse fuit toujours (j ai vu dans d autres avis qu elle fuyait déjà). Pour conclure, l appartement mériterait quelques travaux, considérant le prix qu il est loué.

Cleaning was not thorough. Lots of dusty shelves and cupboards. It was incredibly hot and only 2 ACs . 1 in a bedroom and the other in the dining room. 2 small moveable fans were there but as the rooms are large with high ceilings they were not able to cool the rooms down at all. It made it uncomfortable staying indoors and we all tried to sleep in the only room with AC . During the season where its not so hot this would have been a bit more of a pleasant stay. The neigbour whose bedrrom overlooked our courtyard leading to our bedroom, decided our courtyard was a dumping ground and in the mornings would air out his dirty rugs onto the courtyard knowing full well we were staying there. It was disgusting and they should be warned by the agents
