Villa jeu de paume - Première conciergerie

La localisation de l appartement est très bien. Proche de la gare, mega centre ville, proche des tramways, tour est accessible à pieds.

L appartement est très grand et a un potentiel énorme, mais certaines pièces et équipements ne sont pas au même niveau que les autres. Une très grande chambre et une 2eme très petite. Une salle de bain grande et refaite (avec bouton de douche qui tombe), et une 2eme très petite, avec aussi une robinetterie qui mériterait d être changée. La chasse fuit toujours (j ai vu dans d autres avis qu elle fuyait déjà). Pour conclure, l appartement mériterait quelques travaux, considérant le prix qu il est loué.

The location, and the big living space filled with an amazing library. And the technician very nice and efficient.

The Flat is huge but rooms were tiny. One of them is located “outside”the flat has a terrible smell, couldn’t sleep there, plus the toilet is out of order. In the master bedroom, you couldn’t open the window due again to an awful smell.

Wasn’t very clean We had a power cut (hosts fixed in under 1 hour) Hot water ran out after 1 shower Heating wasn’t working in living room, but the hosts did mention this on checking in, and offered us another smaller apartments if it was a problem.
