La position de cet appartement a côté de la gare et à quelques minutes du centre de Montpellier. J ai aussi apprécié le calme de cet appartement ( z le soir de la fête de la musique)

Awesome apartment. Great balcony. Comfortable couch. Workspace in bedroom. Functional kitchen. Good bed. Working Smart TV. Dishwasher. Most Short Term Rentals have one or two of these items (in working order), this particular place had them all.
We had to unclog the drain in order to use the shower, and the exhaust fan in the kitchen needed a routine maintenance cleaning. Common issues with Short Term Rentals that unfortunately happen all the time.

Très bien placé près de la gare et du centre ville, au calme malgré sa situation. Appartement spacieux, confortable et fonctionnel. Le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus. La petite terrasse est appréciable. Le canapé lit est un vrai lit 2 places.
Les oreillers très fins, 1 serviette par personne ( il est vrai que nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits). J'avais en amont demandé s'il était possible de venir avec notre VW TRANSPORTER. La réponse était peu précise. Il aurait été intéressant de savoir qu'il y avait une hauteur limite de 1m90 pour entrer dans le parking. Nous sommes passés juste...

Alojamiento muy espacioso, iluminado y confortable. En general, todo bastante cuidado y limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar, todos los electrodomésticos funcionando. Parking en el mismo edificio. Muy recomendable.
Algunos detalles de falta limpieza: debajo del sofá estaba muy sucio y en el microondas había un plato con comida que alguien había dejado.
