This beautiful luxury apartment is located in the famous Antigone district, a stone's throw from Place de la Comédie. It can accommodate from 1 to 4 people.
A double bed in the bedroom (160x200 bed, linen and towels for 2 people included), and a double bed in the sofa bed in the living room (140x200 bed, optional optional household linen)
The media library and the Olympic swimming pool are less than 100 meters away. You have a private garage closed in the basement of the residence (paid option), and access to the expressway leading to the motorway, the airport and the sea is less than 500 meters away.
Located in a beautiful secure residence, with access by magnetic badge, the apartment has a beautiful loggia of 10 square meters facing south overlooking trees, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a large bedroom and a living room both with full hardwood floors.

Great apartment for an extended stay in Montpellier. Location was good and the host was very responsive.

Philippe made us feel welcome the whole time. Montpellier is a very walkable city and the apartment is 20 minutes to everything walking. The TRAM is extremely comfortable and efficient so if you want to expand your range there is a station less than 5 minutes away.
The apartment is 2 minutes from a great bakery.
The tap water has a very high mineral content. Very drinkable we did the whole time but one should get a large bottle of vinegar to descale appliances like the coffee maker.

Would highly recommend this property. Location was very convenient to services, farmer's market,etc. Quiet neighborhood. Well-equipped kitchen.
