Close to the tram line, free parking space. Very nice host, fun to speak with a local for recommendations.
Other guests kept turning off the buildings airconditioning, during the heat wave this wasnt nice. The host did apologise for this, but it wasnt his fault.

Pas de petit déjeuner, mais vous avez la possibilité d'acheter du café ou autres boissons, gâteaux ,plats cuisinés et d'utiliser la cuisine super bien équipée. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées .Jacky est très agréable et discret .Il vous met à disposition serviette et produit pour la douche. Vous avez les commodités juste à coté boulangerie Ange, petit carrefour.. et près du stadium à moins de 10 min à pieds. L'appartement est dans une résidence fermé et vous avez une place pour votre véhicule. Prix de la chambre vraiment correct.
Peut-être une terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur mais il y a un parc pas très loin.
