The apartment is very well taken care of, it has a pleasant atmosphere, it was well cleaned (previous reviews mentioned cockroaches but I did not see any!!) and even had a air conditioning/fan device which was quite essential in the heat of July. Plus it is very well located, not right in the heart of the city center, but everything could be reached just by a few minutes walking.
The street is a bit noisy, sometimes also at night, but I could sleep anyways with earplugs and an open window. Minor thing: being on the first floor with a big window facing the street, sometimes it didn't feel private enough to fully relax (although of course there are curtains).

Excellent séjour ! La localisation est idéale, tout est accessible facilement, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique et agréable.
Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, on s’y sent tout de suite bien.
Un grand merci à l’hôte pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This is an amazing property
It is very close to the trams, shops, restaurants etc. Good value for money. Surprise welcome drink, and water and some condiments like hot chocolate, milk and biscuit.
The owner has promised to repair the door handle (it works but needs to be screwed on properly). The place is clean but there was some smell in the toilet (when unused ), which could be attributed to the level of cleanliness or could improve with some use of air fresheners. Owner promised to keep one there.
