If you want a non-standardized and neat décor, welcome to my charming 28m2 F1! Renovated with care; everything in the apartment is new.
On the 3rd floor of 4 (elevator), overlooking a charming quiet street, with a nice unobstructed view of the Arceaux aqueduct and the Peyrou kiosk, a stone's throw from the tram stop serving the heart of the city (2 tram stops or 10 minutes walk) and the train station (3 stops), it can accommodate up to 2 people.
Also a stone's throw from the charming rue Marioge and its quality shops (wine merchant, butcher, cheesemonger, baker, caterer, fishmonger), and the historic district of Les Arceaux where you can do your market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings (organic and local enthusiasts, this market is for you), and close to all the shops (Carrefour City, and organic bakery in particular).
Equipped with a double sofa bed (120x195), a TV and wifi with TV subscription, reversible air conditioning, a large cupboard at the entrance, a kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, complete crockery and kitchen utensils, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, storage, washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Quality towels and sheets, as well as shower products are provided.
The main room has a table that can accommodate up to 4 people, and can also be used as a workspace.

Had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is clean and tidy and has every accommodation you’d need for a vacation and stay in Montpellier. The check-in was super easy and time-flexible. Communication with the hosts is perfect. If you’re looking to explore Montpellier and the surrounding area, this is a great apartment as it’s quite central and the St. Roch train station is easily reachable within minutes.
