You will be welcome at the air-conditioned loft: large studio of 40M2 in the center of Montpellier 10 min walk from the train station and the Place de la Comédie. It was completely refurbished in 2025. Tram 2 min L3 and L5.
Spacious, quiet, bright, comfortable, FRESH clean. King size double bed and large fold-out sofa bed. Shops market café 1 min away, lively popular Figuerolles district. Balcony overlooking the street, 3rd floor without elevator. Located 5 min walk from the famous church and Place Saint Roch with its many restaurants, this apartment is ideal to discover the city of Montpellier, on foot. There is SMART TV with bbox and wifi (youtube etc) if you wish to stay quiet at the apartment. Equipped with VMC, double glazing, intercom, heated towel rail, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, refrigerator, senseo coffee maker, etc. Sheets and towels provided.
Paid parking spaces allowing you to park at the bottom of the building.
