Enjoy this quiet and elegant accommodation in a unique residence in Montpellier in the heart of a 7 ha park with swimming pool, local shops, 10 minutes from the historic center by car 18 minutes by bus. Very nice bright apartment, completely redone, air-conditioned living room, integrated kitchen, large balcony without vis-à-vis. Sleeping space for 4 people (bed, convertible bench + baby cot). Security guaranteed (automatic gate, parking space, intercom, caretaker).

The 56 m² apartment is east-west which ensures its brightness all day long. It consists of a large east-facing bedroom with a large bay window equipped with an automatic roller shutter, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen, a west-facing living room with reversible air conditioning and large bay window opening onto a 10 m² terrace without vis-à-vis with a view of the trees. A convertible bench (190x140 cm) is available in the living room.
The pool is open from 24 May 2025 to 14 September 2025

Travellers have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor with lift, plus a reserved outdoor parking space inside the residence (access with badge).
Other remarks
The residence also includes a small shopping mall (mini-market, bar, fast food, pharmacy, bakery, tobacconist, etc.) and a medical centre. The post office is nearby.
