Da localização. As camas eram confortáveis, as toalhas e roupas de cama estavam limpas.
A limpeza não é boa. Atrás da TV tem sujeira de muito tempo e a cafeteira estava nojenta. A prateleira mais alta do armário de comida estava muito suja.

La propriétaire prête à rendre service et les explications claires. La propreté du logement. Ideal plutôt pour un court séjour ou une étape, Livourne est une grosse ville à proximité des lieux touristiques de Toscane (30 minutes de Pise, 1h30 de Florence).
En plein coeur du centre ville sans parking avec tous les inconvénients que ça représente. Vaisselle minimaliste (le strict minimum). L’annonce mentionne une terrasse puis un balcon, il s’agit bien d’un balcon. Parties communes non entretenues

Big apartment and very helpful hosts.
Third floor with no elevator (problematic for my mom, who is an older lady)
Could hear the birds from the bedroom which might not be helpful for light sleeper like ne.
The second bedroom doesn’t have a door, so consider it if you need a bedroom with some privacy.
My mom didn’t feel super safe walking around and the roads were a bit smelly.
No wifi as mentioned in the listing.
