Location, nice clean flat and plenty room for a family of 4. Excellent soundproofing from the very noisy road below.

If the flat above is occupied, you hear absolutely everything, phone alarm early in the morning, snoring, using the toilet, talking, etc.

Amazing location and a nice, clean building. The host was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in; communication was smooth and professional. The apartment itself is pleasant, and the windows are excellent at blocking out street noise.

The shower drain was clogged, and several fixtures like towel racks, toilet paper holders, and cabinet doors were loose or falling off. Also, during the online check-in, I was incorrectly charged a tourist tax for a child under 10 (who should be exempt). Although they corrected it after I reported it, it was a strange situation. Lastly, the mattresses weren't very comfortable for us, though that is a matter of personal preference.

La ubicación es muy buena. Y a pesar del ambiente del Tratever no se oye ningún ruido. La decoración es muy bonita y el apartamento está muy bien.

El sofá cama es mejorable, no es muy cómodo.

Location, drag interior, clean.

Could not leave power on per manager’s directions when leaving the unit that means no AC and no charging of devices while not in the unit. Needs a roll of paper towels in the kitchen!
