New home trastevere

We loved the neighborhood — everything is within easy walking distance: restaurants, bars, shops, public transport, and city attractions, yet it stays remarkably quiet at night. Alessandra was a wonderful host, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean.

There is really nothing negative to say about the apartment. The only minor suggestion would be to add wine glasses.

Fantastic stay at the property. Well appointed, roomy bedrooms, comfy beds, excellent water pressure in the showers. And it is so centrally located to everything! The hosts really went out of their way for us. We left a passport in the house after closing and locking the door on our departure day… with a tight schedule. They got us back in and we made our departure time. 🙏🙏

La ubicación es perfecta, super cerca de plaza trilussa, incluso nos fuimos caminando hasta el centro y el pantheon. Super cómodo, recomendadisimo. MUY limpio, con el espacio mas que suficiente para 4 adultos. Alessandra es excelente anfitriona, siempre a la orden

Un situación menor: cada baño tiene su calentador, si se toman duchas largas es posible que se agote el agua. Solo es necesario esperar unos minutos para que la tina se llene y vuelva a salir caliente.

Location was adequate. It had two bedrooms and two baths. The coffee pot worked well. The water was hot. The laundry worked.

The title says "New Home Trastevere" - Definitely not a new home. The 'fully equipped' kitchen had a 1 quart pot for pasta - There were four coffee pods for our three night stay. We purchased more and left them there. There was no dishwasher and when we asked for additional towels for washing we were told they would be 25 euros each if we wanted them. The television in the master br would not work even after several attempts contacting the host and switching out batteries in the remote. There are several bars and restaurants below - was very noisy until around 3 am. The mattresses were very lumpy. There was an open bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. Over priced for the amenities offered.
