Hübsche Wohnung, zentral gelegen.
Umbauten in der Wohnung darüber, sehr laute Gegend, dafür zu teuer.

Die Malva Suite liegt direkt an einer kleiner Piazza und durch eine kleine Strasse blickt man zum Tiber Fluß. Zu Fuß 30-40 min zum Petersplatz, Colosseum und wenn man aus dem Haus geht, ist man mitten im Leben des Trastevere-Viertels in Rom mit vielen Bars, Geschäften , Pizzerias, Trattorias und Restaurants. Die Malva Suite vor Ort ist genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos, alles sehr sauber, neu ( Renovierung wohl 2025), großzügige Bäder (2), schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten, in der Mitte der Wohnung eine offene Wohnküche (alles vorhanden, sehr gute Ausstattung). Ebenso gibt es Waschmaschine inkl Trockner. Durch die Lage an der Piazza auf der abends noch lebhafte Unterhaltungen stattfinden, ist es etwas lauter bis Mitternacht, danach kehrt jedoch Ruhe ein. Die Schallschutzfenster sind gut. (Für sehr lautstärkesensible Menschen zur Sicherheit Oropax mitnehmen.) Die Übergabe der Wohnung durch den Vermieter war perfekt, sehr freundlich und professionell bis zum Ende ( immer schneller Nachrichtenkontakt möglich). Die Malva Suite ist sehr zu empfehlen und jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank!
