La ubicacion y los baños con su agua caliente y las duchas
La relacion precio calidad. Habiendo estado en muchas propiedades alquilades de semejantes caracteristicas y por el precio pagado por noche de estadia (1709u$ mas 110u$ tasa de soggiorno mas 30u$ por hacer checkin despues de las 20:00hrs, total de 1849u$ x 3 noches, da un total de 616u$ x noche) me parece el departamento deberia estar mejor equipado de lo que esta.

L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi gli obiettivi turistici principali ed era pulito al nostro arrivo, aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato molto.
-nel bagno era presente un forte odore di fogna piuttosto fastidioso. -in una delle camere da letto le finestre non si chiudevano bene. -le porte delle camere e degli armadi cigolavano molto, risultando piuttosto rumorose e fastidiose. Con qualche intervento di manutenzione l’appartamento potrebbe diventare davvero un’ottima soluzione per soggiornare.
